Rolling bearings are precision parts and require careful attention when used. Even if high-performance bearings are used, they cannot achieve the desired performance results if they are used improperly. Therefore, the use of bearings should pay attention to the following things:

First, keep the bearings and their surroundings clean. Even very small dust gets into the bearing, it will aggravate bearing wear, vibration and noise.

Second, the installation should be careful, do not allow strong stamping, can not directly hit the bearing, does not allow the transmission of pressure through the rolling body.

Third, the use of the correct installation tools, try to use special tools, and strive to avoid the use of cloth and short fibers and the like.

Fourth, to prevent the corrosion of the bearing rust, it is best not to take the bearing directly by hand, to be coated with high-quality mineral oil before operation, in the rainy season and summer especially pay attention to anti-rust.
