Teach you to disassemble the bearing on the withdrawal sleeve

When disassembling the bearing on the withdrawal sleeve, the axial locking device: lock nut, end cap, etc. must be removed.
When removing small and medium-sized bearings, use a lock nut and a hook or impact wrench to loosen the bearings.
The best way to disassemble large bearings is to use hydraulic nuts. If the threaded part of the sleeve protrudes from the shaft end or shoulder, a support ring should be inserted into the sleeve hole. The support ring wall should be as thick as possible to avoid damage to the thread when tightening the nut when using hydraulic pressure. It is recommended to add a stop at the hydraulic nut end, for example through the shaft end. If the withdrawal sleeve suddenly disengages from its shaft seat, a barrier can be used to prevent complete withdrawal of the withdrawal sleeve and hydraulic nut from the shaft.
The withdrawal sleeves for large bearings are generally equipped with oil distribution grooves, so that the oil injection method can be used to greatly reduce the time required to install and disassemble large bearings.
